False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Always quality ink cartidges!
I love all the HP 64XL ink cartridges! I have the black and the color. The print well and last so much longer! They are awesome!

The ink arrved sooner than expected

Hi David,
I am sorry that there was some confusion about your Instant Ink plan. You should never have to worry about purchasing cartridges while on the program.
You will be sent the specialized Instant Ink cartridges automatically. They hold more ink, so you won’t have to change them as often and will only be paying for pages printed, not the cartridges.
Because you are paying for the ink used to print each page, you have to use the Instant Ink cartridges that are designed to track how many pages are printed. Regular cartridges like the one that triggered that message will not work right.

Easier printer to use and install
easy to install and use anyone can do this and the printer works great every time. I would recommend this printer to everyone. Lighter than my old one about the same size but works so much better. especially for printing from other pc's or phone or iPad
