False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

HP 64 Black Ink Cartridge
Just the ink I needed for my printer. My local store had a big empty wall where it would've been. The employee was very helpful. He checked the new shipment and in back but none had come in. He then ordered it online to ship directly to me and it came the next day!!! :)

Excelllent products!
I tried using a less expensive ink but I was completely unhappy with the product. From now on I am staying with genuine HP ink.

Customer satisfaction always matters
I was so disappointed with the printer already that i did not think i could be more disappointed until i purchased ink. Expensive of course beyond reason it seems but also mostly empty.

HP cartridges are best.
Have tried cheaper brands before. Was sent wrong cartridges and people are very hard to deal with, plus shipping times much longer. Will stick with HP from now on.
