False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Cartridge replacement.
These cartridges are designed so that aftermarket products will not work. Realizing this after spending money on non-HP products. I will then have to continue to buy HP as long as printer works. Originally I was enrolled in their ink and paper program which I found to be a scam, because I was using the printer for home use and not printing the quantity that was required...

Goes the Extra Distance
The XL line of cartridges do offer a lot of extra printing and in my opinion are worth the extra price. I print a lot of photos and the printer does a great job with the HP line oof ink.

I could only get HP 64 color cartridges if I purchased it with HP 64 black. I was able to get this directly from HP and will go directly to them in the future for all my printer supplies.

i NEEDED PRODUCT "63" BUT PICKED UP PRODUCT "64" BY MISTAKE. i TRIED IT IN MY PRINTER BUT DID NOT WORK. i RETURNED IT TO STAPLES AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED.
