False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Over priced replacements
Bad quality ink. Dries out to quickly. No other choice. You should make it more durable and superior quality. It's kinda discouraging when you need to purchase another printer. Surely won't consider HP,

Productivity not as advertised
HP 64XL TriColor is advertised as giving approximately 100 copies. While it used to be the case, it is no longer. The past two cartridges yielded about 85 copies, printing in color on only 1/4 - 1/3 of a page, and using the efficiency printer properties selection. Do the cartridges now have less ink? Prices go up and quantity goes down. Improvement please!

I’m surprised an item is ever delivered when the package is clearly damaged and most likely the items will be as well. This ink was properly installed and is defective.
