HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

We had quick convienent service.
The representative that helped us was very supportive in our request to change some ink that we accidentally purchased. Not having used all the refund we received a $20 store credit. This was very acceptable.

Short Life
Work fine just don't have a very long life. Don't last as long as my last HP AllinOne 8500 (I think). Very disappointing that they don't last.

very expensive to much money
