False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Product Good- People Service Average
The product is Ok. It is just the service with HP that I have had issues with. Takes too long to get it to me and in the past have had issues with your online sending me ink automatically. My credit card changed and you cancelled the subscription.... then it was so difficult to change to a new card.

May Be Bad
Might be bad cartridges, but tech support & me are trying to figure out if these run out of ink when half-full. If so, they need to atone for this without me subscribing to cartridges I don't need. I don't do a lot of printing with this printer, so I don't get a ton of them like that.
