False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Great experience
We came in to use the self serve copy machine the staff person was very helpful. But at .70 per page for color copies my son decided it would be more cost effective to purchase printer ink for our own copier at home. My son also was looking for a few other items and your employee Jaron was very helpful with that.

The Cartridges Don't Print Many Copies.
I don't care for this HP product but it works with my machine so I am stuck. My complaint is that they don't make enough copies. The toner runs dry quickly.
