False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

dissatisfied with product, does not deliver as advertised.
HP ink does not print as many pages as advertised. Lately I have not been able find HP 64 locally. Printer ink is extremely overpriced and with HP printers you cannot substitute a less expensive brand.

I do not use the word "feedback."
I asked for one 64XL black ink only cartridge but was given a two-pack of XL black plus color cartridges. Did not notice this until I got home. Not a problem because I'll eventually use both.

I got what I ordered, but UX needs improvement
