False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Piece of Garbage
Fourteen month old printer does not communicate with cartridge. Tried every fix. HP support is a never ending sales pitch. Will not buy HP again.

Close By and Handy
Thank God Staples is close by when I need to replace my cartridges. Easy to install and uninstall. Sad part is , ink dries up before I can use it all.

I love the ink but the price for the amount I feel is too much!! The cartridge either needs to have a larger amount that fits the cartridge holder or the price should be less!
