False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Priced too high.
HP ink has always been priced high but lately it's beyond ridiculous but there are better options now using re-manufactured cartridges. I've read there's even a tool to reset the fill level on HP cartridges if you want to fill them on your own by hand using a kit. In general I don't recommend HP printers any longer because of the operational cost.

Great Extra Effort Assistance
I was trying to find a specific size of HP printer ink but found only empty ink mounts along the HP wall. I asked an employee if they had the ink at another location. The emploee searched for almost a half an hour gathered other employees for assistance and finally found one last package of the ink. Impressive extra effort on their parts.

HP 64 ink cartridge
HP 64 ink runs out very quickly so make sure you have a back up. The printers do not work if you are out of black the printer stops with a code. You cannot use the printer in the color mode.
