False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Cartridge that do not fit in printer
I was sold the wrong cartridges for my printer in spite of providing the info on my printer. Can I bring them back albeit the packaging of the cartridges is now open?
