False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

It's so disappointing that you got subpar results. The cartridge should print until it is empty. If you got different results, I'm sincerely sorry. Did you receive any error messages? Was the print lighter than usual on the last few pages? These answers provide clarity on the solutions. Light print is helped by cleaning the cartridge. Any error messages can be tackled by support.

this is genuine HP ink and works well
Problem: orig cartridge was replacement and the replacement would not connect this was 2nd replacement as trade in for bad cartridge. Also the orig pkg was both color and b/w when new blk let prtr start found that color was bad too
