False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

It was OK I came to pick up one item. I asked a young man he went and got it for me. That was great he didn’t say. Do you need anything else? I was looking for something else but I went to another store and got it. I couldn’t be wandering around that store looking for it.

Help with faxing to District Curt Judge to de excused from jury duty.
The attendant could not have been more helpful. She told me exactly what to do even stood by me when I created the fax. She also put my driver’s license on a dark back ground to make the license really stand out.

Good experience but not many standard packs to choose from. Don’t use printer much and large packs dry out. Will return when run out

This ink is what my printer/scanner/copier/fax takes. Staples prices are about the same cost as other local office supply stores. I don’t like the prices but who does? Too expensive but a must have. I wish that I could get as many copies per cartridge as what HP claims you get I feel that a week or two after replacing I have to buy more.
