The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

HP 64 Tri-Color
Delivery was prompt and the empty cartridge return bag was was a nice try, but I will continue to return my empties to my local office supply store for the $2.00 each credit future purchases. The tri colors do not last very long in my HP7855 when copying photos on best quality. JCS

Hi there R,
I'm very sorry the communication error caused the cartridge to malfunction. There are multiple reasons for this error message. The most common sense is the label has fallen off the cartridge. If so, process a return. There is also the possibility the cartridge is deemed old by an HP software update. If so, revert the update in your settings.
