False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Sorry, one of the cartridges you ordered did not work. I can help you troubleshoot or get a return. Start by making sure all protective tape is removed. Wipe the cartridge printhead carefully. Always consistent
The quality of the 64 series of ink cart. cannot be underestimated. The colour is bright. The flow of the ink makes every print job post worthy. I can scan the print job 1 or 10x and the quality does not fade.

Great Product
I use HP ink for all my printed matter. However it takes such a long time to receive it I'm going to have to order way in advance. Where I live in a small town in interior of Alaska, there is no home delivery of mail and only ups or fedex delivery. Very slow. I wish companies that won't ship to PO Boxes could understand our situation.
