False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Split order - fixed by the store manager
I ordered 1 black & 1 color cartridge - then went to store at Brier Creek and picked up both of them after the manager saw that only one of them had been filled. So he fixed the problem. Thank You

Well go in always works good but the insta-ink program is horrible! It did NOT count my pages correctly and when I opted out my cartridges won’t work. Very wasteful and disappointing

The prices for ink at Staples seems to be less than some of the big box stores. I was able to use credit I had for the purchase which saved even more. Cartridges are easy to install and the test page came out clear and evenly. I was very pleased with this purchase and recommend using Staples for your ink replacement as well as other office supplies.
