False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

I have shipped many times at Staples and online Staples and it has been positive on all ocassions. While in the store I was told the toner was on isle 17 but I could not see the isle but I had to trade around the store to fin the isle number as it is only written on the back side of the isle indicator so I would suggest that it be installed on both sides of the placa...

HP vs Canon
I just threw a Canon printer in the garbage. It was only about 2 years old. I had more trouble that I could believe with Canon. This is the smaller size cartridge. Be sure to check which cartridge is appropriate for your particular HP model. If you have HP instant ink Service, the instant ink Service will detect that the cartridge is not one that is sent with their Service, so it’s best to just wait for instant ink to be sent to you, otherwise the Service will not recognise your store bought car...
