False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Excellent ink
This is really good ink and I like it a lot. It was shipped very quickly. I wish it cost a little bit less but I’ve had issues with trying to buy remanufactured ink and I end up with a problem and/or a mess.

Rules for earning rewards!
I was very disappointed with the idea that when you earn money back that there a time limit to use it. I earned it and it should be good anytime. Your ink costs enough and that money I earned would have helped with the cost. I won’t be shopping with Staples anymore!

Price for what you get .
Good ink, but should have more of it. It doesn't last long enough.
Your printers are fair priced, but to replace the cartridges is quite
expensive. Don't know anyone who doesn't think so. It's always been
this way. Otherwise, I would have rated it with 5 stars.

Last color cartridge I purchased had no magenta ink in it. New printer installed cartridge correctly after cleaning print heads & aligning still no magenta ink .....color sheets printed in very poor quality.
