The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Not compatible
I always bought the 64 for my HP 7800 ink jet but this one it’s not working. Gives an error stating that the cartridge is not compatible with the printer. I always got the 64 for my printer and always worked but not this time.

Hi Cristian If the 64 is the cartridge you always use it is the right cartridge. What you experienced is a cartridge communication error. I'm genuinely sorry that happened to you. The best solution is to remove the most recent software update. Starting the printer over and reinserting the cartridge sometimes helps. Return of three empty HP ink cartridges to the store.
The clerk was very efficient in receiving and recycling of the cartridges and suggesting how to apply my $11 credit which is soon to expire on Nov 30th. I was pleased very much so by the clerk's action and guidance! I had ridden my bike 5 miles to the store to initiate this action.
