False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Replacement because cartridge in printer dried up due to lack of use
Cartridges seem to dry up from lack of use for several weeks. Makes it costly to have to replace when not full time residents.

not good
Cartridge is not working right/\. Ihave installed it twice and still there is way too much yellow. WEas going to check w/ you monday and see if you had some answers

Hi Sydney If there is too much yellow there are a few plausible solutions. I'm sorry the print quality did not meet your expectations. The first remedy to try is cleaning the printhead. Use a damp cloth and gently dab the printhead. If that doesn't resolve it adjust the amount of yellow used in the printer. Lastly don't hesitate to contact support. Short lived
For a cartridge that has high yield in it’s name this was a huge disappointment. I was printing 4x6 color photographs ad only got about 60 prints before it ran out. It may be fine for regular printing but not if you do a lot of color.

Only use original HP products. They are superior to remanufactured products. Unfortunately I am finding Saples products prices very high however.
