HP cartridge not recognized.
When they work, the cartridges are excellent. But I have had two which produce a message on the printer that they are not legit HP cartridges. This is false and very inconvenient , shutting down work and forcing me to buy more immediayely.

Repair of HP9015e Printer-Stuck Carriage
Steve (IT Technician) did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, reset the red ink cartridge (which was in an awkward and hard to move position) that was blocking the carriage from moving, reset the S/W task, rebooted the printer and demonstrated it was now working properly..
