Wrong Product
I ordered HP 952 and was sent 962 to the wrong address. Our new address is in the computer don't know why this was sent to Nipomo. It was returned to me by a friend I received it just yesterday 4/9/25 I will be returning it.

GOOD WEBSITE
For awhile I stopped buying ink for all my HP printers because the website was not working. Someone decided to fix the problems and now you can order ink cartridges EASY AND FAST. Thank you. I am glad to be back

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e read out said this product would fix the issue. Once installed the printer read out said that product wasn’t original or damaged. I’m fixing my printer issue with a framing hammer, and will put the small pieces in a recycling bin. I will never purchase another of these ridiculously ineffective and overly expensive to maintain printers.

The epitome of price gouging
These cartridges do not last long and are completely overpriced, illustrating yet another example of corporate greed. My guess is that they cost less than $2 to manufacture. There is no reason that HP needs to charge this much. When my newest set of cartridges run out, I will buy an Epson that uses the bottles. Very easy to receive and recycle the old.
Very easy to receive new and recycle the old. Great chore to delegate to older children! Check the mail, check the ink levels, install when needed, and then mail back the old for recycling. Will try for a year and see the total spend vs. buying at a store. Already exceeded monthly quota and paid a few dollars for sets of 10 extra sheets. For now it is one less purchased...
