Printer still doesn't work
Didn't have colors. Tried black only. Didn't work Got color cartridges and installed. Printer still doesn't work. Stars don't work either.

Hi James It is regrettable that you had this experience. I'm not sure if the printer is just not printing on the paper or just not doing anything. If it is acting like it is printing but the pages are blank the printhead inside your printer is probably badly clogged up and not letting ink through the tiny inkjets. There is a cleaning routine on your printer's menu that can help clear out the clogs. It would probably need to be run a few times to get rid of all the clogs. Avoid that happening again by always using the printer's power button to turn off the printer.
