Damaged Cyan cartridge
I could not load the CYAN cartridge in my HP Officejet Pro 9018 after many attempts. The error kept reading "damaged cartridge". When I load the old (empty) cartridge I do not get an error reading.

The 962XL HP ink has helped me finish my projects.
I like all the HP items. This HP Pro Jet Pro 9010 printer though uses more ink than my past printers. I am not interested in signing onto some ink program.Which printer of yours is the most economical? Thank you.

I use all colors of the 952 will not use any other product except the HP Ink
I have all these calls from vendors that claim their ink cartridges have more ink and bolder colors. I fell for this once not again and I told them about it. I use a lot of ink and it would be nicer if the price was a little bit lower. Thanks

Spare ink supplly in case just the black runs out of ink.
I do a great deal of printing quick note to myself which can draw down the black getting old was not one of my planed thoughts plus loosing my ability too remember things when needed.

This is not my first rodeo...third HP! Generally happy though set up to network wasn’t without some difficulties and still trying to figure out why today three print jobs are yet to be processed. Must lab conditions exist to work as expected?

you cannot use the printer without have all 3 colors and black in the printer even though you don't want to use any colors except black. H.P, ink is unreasonable about their ink prices. They should not be able to force you to buy color to use their printers if you don't need color. This should be something you can disable and is very unfair and unreasonable of H.P. to d...
