rack is empty
THe Staples store in Warsaw Indiana never have the 962 cartridges in stock. If they do have them you have to buy them separately. I was buying 63 xl cartridges. Once a again they never had the complete pack so I had to buy them separate. Please keep your stores stroked better

I have ink no printer
I bought a printer and extra ink. I was told the printer would be her 10/5/2020. I called yesterday and in fact it may be here October 15th. I would not have bought it or the ink if I knew it was not available right away.

They Don't Print By Themselves?
Despite the Staples website saying the printer which goes with these cartridges would be in 3 days later...it's now saying 3 weeks! So...maybe the cartridges are good...maybe not...can't tell without the printer!!!
