I actually live closer to the Staples on Baseline & Horne but the employees @ the Staples store on McKellipps & Greenfield are always so accommodating that I don't mind driving the extra distance!😁 I like coming to this location & I am VERY HAPPY 😁 with the products & the knowledgeable staff!!

Great but stop with the proprietary stuff
I want to specify that the HP products are great. I gave a low rating due to frustration about HAVING to purchase HP products. Its a money grab in my opinion.

Excellent experience
Ordered a high yield cartridge and received it the next day! Impressed with the ease of using the web site and the speed of the delivery. Only negative thing is the cost is very high. If the costs of the cartridges were reduced I'd order more!

Usually your delivery time is within 2 to 3 days. This time it took a week.
