One of the boxes of cartridges had 2 defective cartridges. The black and yellow had no ink in the cartridge. Normally we have great success with HP cartridges - this is out of the ordinary . Thanks !

HP replacement cartridge
These were HP genuine replacement cartridges. Removed the old ones and put in new ones. No problems or issues. The problem I had was trying to use the Staples App and App coupon. Has the cashiers try for 15 minutes and could not get coupon to down load and use. If you’re going to give us a coupon just give it without jumping through hoops to get it. Have HP cartridges...

It's the ink I needed
Nothing bad to say. It's what I needed and it's just a replacement. The price is right so there's nothing else left to say. The originals lasted me over 6 months I believe.

I think all ink cartridges are all priced too high but these are good I think. It might be my printer I don’t know but these seem to run out of ink faster than before. So don’t know if its my printer saying they are empty even tho when I throw them away the cartridges feel like they still have ink in them or if these are just manufactured differently and it signals...

wrong Cartridges 962 instead of the 902 Colour ink. It's open but not used
I got the wrong cartridges I meant to order the same 902 colour not 962 it doesn't fit in my HP jet printer. How do I return the 962 I just opened the ink but its not used

can't use gift card
