Did not work in printer
"This cartridge created a supply system problem. There is a problem with the supply system try replacing the cartridge with a different non-empty cartridge." I bought this cartridge brand new from Staples with the printer.

Hi there Dan This error message is new to me. I want to help you resolve the message. Upon researching the issue it appears the printer's printhead requires servicing. Clean the cartridge printhead as well. If both items don't help after a restart then return to Staples. The site for Staples returns is www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. For old eyes: Putting 952 next to 962 on sales shelves is dangerous. the 5 and 6 look too much alike and I have made a 100.00 error on THAT BASIS THAT I CANNOT RECUP.

Very nice cartridges/Produces nice product
Good Size Ink Cartridges to go with new printer. The print quality of these cartridges is wonderful. Between the new printer and ink, this produces very nice printing. I always use HP Ink in my HP printers!

when i put the black ink in my printer it now prints with lines on the paper. the printer makes noises and takes alot of time to print. we feel its defective and never had this happen before
