No problem with Ink just Staples.com itself
Again the ink is fine. However Staples mysteriously and conveniently cancelled orders without explanation when I used the coupon codes for 40% back in rewards and later 30% back in rewards. I called customer service and was not given a satisfactory answer. I was not able to reorder and take advantage of these offers as they had expired the next day after the order...

shocked at the cost
Well The ink has had a steady increase over the last two years. I do buy the XL version and multiple packs for saving but at 190.00 plus taxes Puts it over the top I maybe switching to a laser printer when this one breaks. The amount of money spent on Ink I could have replaced my printer twice

Read Package Carefully
I saw the black ink was XL and my mistake assumed the rest was too. Only once I got home did I see the colors yield 75% less pages. A mistake I won't make again.

Reliability is the Key
first off, I will not buy any printer except an HP Printer. I have used them for too long to change to a brand owned by other users fail. They don't leak inks and the inks last for much longer than other brands and refills.
