Just don’t try any off brands. HP ink for HP is a must.

What I wanted you did not have
I wanted the 962 XL multi pack with Black. You did not have it in stock - so I had to order the 962 3 pack. I would have preferred to have the XL.

Hi Chris I am very sorry that your cartridges aren't available. We are working on this and hope to have the backlog cleared up soon. There are shortages of the cartridges in some areas. This is due to an increase in online orders lately. Supply hasn't been keeping up with demand.
