best and clear printing wether printing pictures or documents - never a problem
Bad experiences in past using refills or cheaper ink cartages - never a good idea to substitute for the best - always use HP ink cartiges - you will not be disappointed.

Other than the price ...
I have been and continue to be a fan of HP products for many years. While I appreciate the new ink subscription model HP launched and is apparently testing the non-subscription cartridge purchase still feels best for my needs. The cartridges are pretty crazy pricing and keep climbing though. Quality is great. Price stinks.

Cartridges Depleted
I ordered HP 962XL B C M Y on 2/16 and received on 2/18. The Cyan leaked and I received an error that the Cartridges were depleted. The printer would not print using the cartridge. Therefore I am returning for a replacement.
