Cheap printers
No able to give it 1/2 a star but I would have I bought two and neither has worked from day one. These printers are the worst printers the feeders eat the paper If the receiving tray is not extended it will not print. I could go on and on with these horrible printers. Save your time and money get something else.

Only wish Staples carried the a bundle pack that included XL cartridges for CMY and black and not just the black XL in the package for the HP 962.
