Staples refused to exchange

VERY FAST SERVICE!
I ordered the items and was promised a 2-3 business day delivery. I was quite surprised to get my order the very next day! From now on, I will order all my ink and toner from Quill!

INK
HP ink cartridges I've ever used. They last a long time, especially the XLs. They are easy to install & I never get dirty changing a cartridge.

I prefer that the ink cartridge run out rather than the pinter stop printing because it believes that the cartridge is low on ink.

Great product
All of us who have bought a printer knows by now that printer companies sell ink not printers. This is certainly not new going all the way back to buying toner for your xerox copier. It is simply where the money is made. That said it is interesting that un-like an auto repair where most parts come from aftermarket company's the printer industry still tries to dissuad...

Expensive!!!
Had to have them. Brand new printer and refill guy doesn’t have the chip yet. Can’t wait until he get it!

HP Ink cartridges is a very good and reliable
This is very good ink not very expensive but produce very true colors. Long lasting and very easy to use
