Easy to Change
I like the simplicity of changing the ink cartridge. The ink lasted a long time which is good because these cartridges are expensive.

I had a low indicator of ink and could not print in any color until this was re-filled. I purchased the 962 black and then was getting a outage on blue. I purchased the blue and the printer will not clear and allow me to print. I have since made a purchase of a new printer that is toner based.

Highly recommend
I highly recommend getting the HP original ink. I have tried cheaper replacements and the quality is just not there. These cartridges last longer and the color is true.
