Trouble installing
Although I followed the instructions on the HP Support video, I have been unable to insert the cartridge properly - my printer still indicates that there is no ink. Hard to figure out how I could be doing it wrong as the steps look simple and instructions are clear. Very frustrating.

PRICEY and PASSING
Needed some ink to complete a project was about $20 more than other places however it was urgent and delivery from others was 5 days. The color was great however it did not last long. I finished half of what I had planned and it was already running out so decided to just shorten the project.
