I haven't used the ink yet. I am however disappointed that the consensus seems to be that with this series of printers it is difficult to get the machine to accept different brands of ink.

Purchase print carts for AIO
Courteous quick service. I was buying an expensive set of carts not on display and required CSR make a trip to the storage room. Next time consider telling the customer in advance that the collected set is often stolen and that is why it is not displayed on the normal shelves.
