Forced to buy color carts.
Sucks that printer does not work unless have color carts. Rarely print color.

I understand you wish the color cartridges were optional. We appreciate this feedback from a customer. All color cartridges are required to print for HP computers. If you print sparsely, then there is no need to change the color cartridges. Turn on the black print-only setting on your computer so no color ink is used. Can't print return label for ink - no ink
I ran out of ink and ordered the wrong one (cyan instead of black). I can't print the return label because HP+ won't let you print in any color (inc. black) if any other color is out.

Black cartridge ok, printer design is stupid.
The black cartridge is fine. It's a stupidly designed printer however (OfficeJet Pro 9015e) as you are forced to have color cartridges in order for the printer to work.

Quick and Esay.
Great service quick and easy from the order the item to pick them up at the store. when I went pick my order was rainy day and the packed desk top calendar and ink cartridges in the water prove bag. too many emails!
its great - its a black ink cartridge ... what I don't like is that I've received numerous emails asking for a review of a cartridge. there's nothing to say. I reviewed my printer but the black cartridge ...?!
