Out of ink!!
Terrible delivery time. You advertise 6 months free and never run out of ink but I did. It took over 2 weeks to get ink cartridges which I ordered the same time as my printer. I’m trying to print some pictures of my granddaughter for Christmas and do not have enough ink. I will take care of my ink supplies from now on.

Extra sheets for not much more money
Always use genuine HP ink and this XL really prints hundreds more sheets than the standard cartridge.

A convenient package
Convenient and as reasonably priced as HP will allow. Pobably will not buy an HP again when this one dies so the rest really does not really matter. Glad to patronize Staples whenever I can. Product was delivered on time 2 days after ordering. Short of going to a store what else can one ask for?

Printer cartridges
They work in my HP printer. I tried the cartridges that you sign up to receive cartridges when you are running low on ink. They did not work. The real HPcartridges work great.
