Kind and Helpful Staff
I bought a new printer and had to purchase ink. For 15 years my old printer kept doing its job. One day it retired on me. I bought a new printer and had no idea of what kind of ink it took. All the cartridges except for the magenta were fine. The ink level of the magenta cartridge was about at 85% but never used. All in all I am happy with the pack
