HP support non-existent; little ink
Just changed out the standard-sized black ink for the larger cartridge. After printing less than 100 pages the blank ink is showing as greatly diminished. There's essentially NO HP support. Can't find a real phone number and the online process for connecting w/ someone would not work. Three stars because the ordering and delivery processes worked fine.

The price is way out of bounds
I find the price is extremely high and you do not get that much out of the ink.. I purchased a new HP printer and had I known that this printer needed this costly ink I should have looked a little further and found a different printer I think

Why small packs
The basic color packs do not last very long. The XL is to only one you should sell or something with a tank system.
