HP 11 Demonstration model
Store manager was great. Told him I was looking for a 17 inch screen and what my budget was and he directed me to the demonstration model for exactly what I wanted to pay. Suggested I purchase a 2 year warranty on a used computer. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great little tablet
This is my first tablet purchase. Discovered with Android, it can take phone apps which I love because I do not like using a cell phone and so many things require phone apps.
I will need to replace the folder/keyboard as the mini-usb for it does not fit into the port on the tablet. The tablet itself is fabulous!

I picked up my refurbished computer on 3/25/22, and when I tried to use Wi-Fi it didn't work. Trevor asked me to bring back in and he found out that the Wi-Fi card had not been installed, so he installed an external Wi-Fi, free of charge, and that solved the problem. I appreciate the service.

Hope I don't need it
Purchased this plan because the Asus laptop I bought had several negative reviews ("DOA" "Died after 2 weeks", etc.) I'd rather return it to Staples than ship it to who-knows-where to get something fixed.
Expensive: the plan almost doubled the cost to buy the laptop. (Maybe that would have been a better strategy -- buy two laptops and hope for the best.)

Staples 2 year protection plan--for chromebook
We purchased the plan since we purchased 2 ChromeBooks for our kids to do their homework. With any luck, we won't have to use it until almost the two year mark where we were informed that it's best to request a new battery to extend the life of the Books. We'll see how it goes until then.
