Peace of mind
I hope I never have to use it. I feel comfortable knowing that my new sewing machine will be replaced if something happens to it.

Good value, good protection
I've had warranties from products that I have purchased from Staples before and only one item I had to return because of a defect later in its life but the best part was even though Staples didn't have the same printer i was instead given my full amount of money back for the printer without being asked too many questions. Necessary Evil
Love the new shredder and how quiet it is but as these things do, it might break. This is why I buy the extra protection because if something happens, Staples will replace it. Yay!

Even though the product comes with a one year warranty, this appears to be a good deal because, if something bad happens, in the next two years, I won't have to go through the hassle of looking for a repair depot and waiting months for a repair

Easy
Excellent service, zero hassle, quick delivery. I wish Staples had better managers, every single store has great employees and sociopath managers that are excellent at lying to corporate to keep their jobs while they drive away business. I have yet to see a store with a healthy work environment. I felt sorry for the wonderful people that work at the store.

Peace of mind
The vacuum is fabulous! The staff who use it are so pleased. The two-year protection agreement gives us peace of mind that we will not have to replace the machine if something under warranty goes wrong.
