The real thing
I tried an off-market option, but the quality and number of copies I got out of it, decreased the "deal". So back I am going to HP product. And, the ordering process at Staples.com was easy and the delivery was on time.

The toners DON'T work!
I have bought the four toners (4 colors) for my printer after typing ih HP system the printer type and selected the toner the system itself offered to me! I bought and they simply DON'T work! Such a waste of money!

Out of Toner!!
I ran out of tuner and was able to have wonderful help ordering it in store. It arrived on time, took only 2 days and the printing I needed to do was saved! Hurrah!

Lots of ink!
It's incredible how much toner is in this cartridge with black ink! I wish the others (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) held as much color and lasted longer.

Easy to use
This was first time replacing an ink cartridge so was a little apprehensive, but it was very easy to do. My printer is back in business!

Easy to install
So far so good. Only concerned how available the HP 116A toner cartridge will be available. The printer is a HP 178nw, which seems to be an older model.

Hp Printer
This is the basic printer, looks exactly like the next version. Quality of the printer is very good. However...
1. This printer doesn't do front and back automatically.
2. Toner doesn't last long at all.
3. Toner is costly.
4. They promise next business delivery, it hasn't happen yet.

Good Service
Our toner was delivered on time, as promise and I was impressed.
We bought this hp printer because our Epson printer was defective. Their customer service is extremely poor and we got tired of trying.
