Neat product
I bought this after consulting an HP advisor about the shadow printing that my HP laser printer was producing. It is expensive but so incredibly easy to fit, and it worked perfectly first time.

Disappointed about cost!
It is a great product BUT, just can't believe how expansive it is now to change the ink in my hp copier. Almost 400$ to replace all cartridges. I am thinking of changing to a different machine!

Easy install
Until I researched how-to I thought the drum had to be replaced by a tech. Finally with HP's instructions I easily replaced the old drum with a new one. I wish HP made the instructions easier to find because it took over an hour to locate them.

Easy 😉
It was so easy to remove the old drum and replace it with the new. HP has excellent instructions with pictures. This was the first time I have done this I thought it was pretty good for a 71 year old young lady. And my copier works perfectly.

Does not work due to ridiculous HP region locks
This toner does not work on my printer because I purchased my printer in another country. It's absurd that HP places region locks on its printers!

Your situation appears upsetting. Our ink and toner cartridges are designed to read ink from the same country as the printer. This measure was implemented to prevent fraudulent cartridges from being manufactured abroad and sold online as HP cartridges. Lots of ink!
It's incredible how much toner is in this cartridge with black ink! I wish the others (Cyan Magenta Yellow) held as much color and lasted longer.
