Easy install
Until I researched how-to I thought the drum had to be replaced by a tech. Finally with HP's instructions I easily replaced the old drum with a new one. I wish HP made the instructions easier to find because it took over an hour to locate them.

HP printer cartridge - 116A
Badly underperforms. Does not provide very many copies. Have purchased four cartrisges in less than 4 months.

Easy install

Easy 😉
It was so easy to remove the old drum and replace it with the new. HP has excellent instructions with pictures. This was the first time I have done this I thought it was pretty good for a 71 year old young lady. And my copier works perfectly.

Out of Toner!!
I ran out of tuner and was able to have wonderful help ordering it in store. It arrived on time took only 2 days and the printing I needed to do was saved! Hurrah!

Lots of ink!
It's incredible how much toner is in this cartridge with black ink! I wish the others (Cyan Magenta Yellow) held as much color and lasted longer.

Easy Peasy
Entire process from starts to finish through delivery was excellent. Items delivered even earlier than anticipated. That says a lot when there are some but not all just some people who are using the pandemic as an excuse to do very little work.

The real thing
I tried an off-market option but the quality and number of copies I got out of it decreased the "deal". So back I am going to HP product. And the ordering process at Staples.com was easy and the delivery was on time.

toner cost
Like all toners and inks they cost too much for what they are. Quality is great as always from HP. The cost is not Staples fault or any other resellers fault. They have to follow HP contracts. But that doesn't make it right.

Bonne qualité mais toujours non disponible.
J’ai acheté l’imprimante hp color laser MFP 179fnw avec bureau en gros mais malheureusement le toner laser noir est fini. Depuis environ 2 mois la cartouche est en rupture. Aidez moi svp. Voici la marque de la cartouche: 116A w2060A toner noir cartridge.
