Fine and functional, but VERY expensive !
The replacement toner cartridge was delivered promptly and in a sturdy box, old cartridge was easy to return, and the cartridges were easy to change out....but the toner was EXTREMELY expensive (HP should be more forthcoming about this when selling their printers)....

It is worth the money
Buying the HP 410X lasts a lot longer than the regular HP 410. We do a lot of printing in the office and it has lasted over 2 months. It's so nice not to have to change the toner all the time. You get a great print quality also.

It is worth the money

toner cartridge purchase
We continue to purchase our laser cartridges from Quill because they have what we need at a fair price and they provide good efficient service. I don't know for certainty but I have a feeling that they take good care of their employees also and that matters to us.
