missing printer
I would like to inform you that I also purchased a printer, which has been delievered and left at another office. Almost a week later and I still we have not had a resolution to the missing printer.I am very disappointed in your handling of this situation.Mario Pataro

Great small business printer.
Great printer for a small business. We did have our IT technician install it to utilize all features effectively. I could see how some folks may try to install themselves for a home office and have some difficulty with limited IT knowledge or patience. Nevertheless once you can get it to properly work its worth every penny.

Great small business printer.
