The most amazing toner cartridge you will ever use.
There is black ink and then there is the black ink from the HP 410A. The ink is so amazing and crisp and full and rich and beautiful that it is like artwork. Before I purchased the 410A my paper was blah now it is like a Picasso charcoal etching. Last a long time
I bought the larger cartridge for the printer as I print a lot of pages. It lasts much longer than the standard. No issues at all.

Expensive but long lasting
I am not a high volume user but the original cartridges have lasted over a year and are still not empty. Price for the replacement cartridges close to what I paid for the printer.

Works well
I wish it wasn’t so expensive or at least staples had more coupons/sales on the toner...as a teacher with students who need color copies...I go through toner often and can’t afford the 410X. But color is great. Printing quality is good.

Toner Cartridge Review
Add the HP410A Black Toner Cartridge to the bundle of colors so that I can receive a better price; I realize that there are time I would only need Black.

Gives empty cartridge warning way too soon
Seems that the warning to replace toner even when making the correct selection keeps warnings coming. It's really annoying since the toner does have life to it....without compromising the printout quality. They need to reset this somewhere whether it be on the printer or the actual toner.

It does what we purchased it for!
I can't get overly enthused over product that performs the way it is supposed to! Perhaps you should ask people what they didn't like the product. You might get some answers.
