Periodically the ink cartridges, cause a great deal of noise at the copier which my Tech has confirmed. I don’t have a problem with the ink, but I have a big problem with the amount of noise that is created when I change cartridges from time to time it doesn’t happen every time but often enough that it is very

This Staples purchase was to replace toner for our printer. I wanted to mention the customer service was very good. The sales person called for a manager to help and he was knowledgeable about the products and helpful.
