Reliable product
I have been using HP printers for decades now and I truly appreciate the nearly flawless daily operations they provide. While the printer cartridge may be pricy this ink cartridge lasts for a long time (depending on your print cycle) and the empty cartridge can be returned to any Staples store for credit to your account.

Shipping problems
Product was as ordered but shipping delays and uncertainty in shipping notices were not awesome. Took over 3 weeks to get toner. Used to take 1 day.
