Great price!
I always buy hp toner than generic. Quality is alot better and last longer. We print alot of flyers and business cards so want the great quality.

The toner itself is fine. The delivery was not optimal. It was scheduled to be delivered on one day. They did not leave it that day and took it back to be delivered the next day. Had the driver knocked on the door they would have discovered that we were indeed there and anxiously awaiting delivery of our toner.

Mailing preparation needs overhauling.
They were not prepared for mailing very well. The packing box was extremely large and arrived have opened.

Toner Works Perfectly

Excellent Toner to use
I prefer ordering the HP 414X for my copier machine since I can get more printing done with the larger toner container compared to the smaller ones.

It's not okay
This one I got - just prints much lighter absolutely unacceptable. Being a designer and printing not just average pages of text - trust me it was really bad. Nothing helped HP customer support has no clue and no care. I don't know what's wrong with it it is just defective. Went to other store bought new cartridge (because you can't return this one) and printing bla...
