No ink
We switched it out on Wednesday and it showed as empty on Tuesday. We had already returned the recycled one. We have a very small office and only need to order about once or twice a year. We have never had this problem before.

ALWAYS MORE EXPENSIVE

i have no issues with toner but issue when the toner ends up to cost way more than the printer. I paid over 900. On my first refil on a 500. Printer. Not a good deal.

Sent incorrect cartridges
Even though I carefully checked which cartridges I should order for my printer, apparently there is also a letter difference at the end of the appropriate number that changes the configuration. Very confusing.
